In case you are not aware, there is plenty of Dynamite news to be discussed.
Let's start off with the return of Bill Mantlo and Jackson Guice's "Swashbucklers", which will be coming to Dynamite sometime soon. The series will be written by Marc Guggenheim, known mostly for his work on DC's TV shows, and will include artwork by Andrea Mutti.
Also, Dynamite will be publishing "Jeepers Creepers", as based on the film series. Marc Andreyko will serve as writer and Kewber Baal will serve as the artist.
The board game Red Sonja: Hyrkania's Legacy will also be released soon, as well as the Batman/The Shadow hardcover.
On a side note, recent Dynamite releases include the first issue of "Legenderry: Red Sonja" volume 2. "Sheena: Queen of the Jungle" and "Dejah Thoris Volume 2" also had their issue 1's published.
If there is anything I may have missed, please feel free to discuss them below.

Dynamite have recently announced a new Green Hornet series. The series is to be written by Amy Chu with art by Germán Erramouspe, and will follow Mulan Kato, who has taken over as Green Hornet after Britt Reid Jr. mysteriously disappears. It will continue from Kevin Smith's run on Green Hornet, and Ande Parks run on Kato.

Dynamite have announced that there is going to be another Dejah Thoris series. The series will be written by Amy Chu and illustrated by Pasquale Qualano. Amy is known for her recent work on Red Sonja, which has been a huge success, and her work on KISS, both published by Dynamite. Pasquale is mostly known for his work on a variety of Aspen Comics titles.
Issue 0 will have a $0.25 cover price, and issue 1 will feature a variant cover by J. Scott Campbell.
It's certainly going to be one to look out for.

This is important. Please read the Image Guidelines before submitting or editing images on the wiki. If you need to, follow some of the links included, and read those articles also.
If anyone finds an image which does not follow the guidelines, inform me, and I shall correct it.
I will be making a Rename Template which will indicate which images and/or articles need renaming, and what they need to be renamed to. A link will be added as a reply to this thread.

I will be adding a gallery to the main page, similar to some of the other comic wikis, but I would like to know which characters you (the users) would like to see on the main page.
This will also help navigate to the disambiguation pages of the characters.
To see how many slots are still available, see here.

So, some may be aware, but for those who aren't, Sufjan Stevens, Bryce Dessner, Nico Muhly and James McAlister recently released an album called Planetarium. They have released several videos, one of which is entitled "Venus", and it includes iconic comic character, Vampirella. Mighty Mouse is also included in the video, and he's also a Dynamite character now.
I know it seems random to say all that, but hey, it's posted on the 'Fun and Games' board for a reason.
Anyway, if you want to check it out, it's on YouTube now.

If you believe something could be deemed as a concept, or if you want to add a new concept page, please leave your comments below.
Comments should include what the new concept or possible concept is, and what comic you want to add it to. You should also specify if it is a new or possible concept.
I also recommend checking the Concept Category Page, in case the thing you want to add is already on the wiki.

I think I've got the Concept Pages up and running in the most part, still would like to add to the pages though.
Anyway, now, when adding or adding to Comic Articles, you can add 'Concepts' to the appearances section (and can also add 'Races and Species'), which may include stuff like the types of content or themes which appear in the comic.
I have a few examples so you can understand a little better. Look through the following links to see what these Concept Pages are:
- Bettie Page Vol 1 1
- Chains of Chaos Vol 1 1
- Prophecy #1 and #2
- Category:Concepts
- Template:Concept Page Template (use when creating a concept page)
- Template:Concept Appearances (use when creating a "Concept/Appearances" category)
Also, you can add "Concept/Characters" to the a Character's categories to indicate that they are associated with that concept (replace Concept with the actual concept, and don't include the speech marks).
Hopefully it's somewhat straightforward, and of course, some work is still being done, however, it should be fine to use now.
I will also be changing the Concepts category so that it would include an alphabetical list of all concepts currently on the wiki, which I advise looking at to get an idea what is considered as a concept.
Questions are welcome.
P.s. I also added the Genre field into the Comic Template, though it won't add the article to the appropriate category, so more work is to be done.

Thinking of adding Concept Pages. Pages/articles for the concepts (sports, superpowers, organized crime) and genres (horror, action, superhero) appearing in the comics.
It's something I thought might help with navigation, or might help someone find other comics which they might want to buy at their local store.
It won't just be for the comic articles, but for characters as well.
Adding the characters to categories will be manually done, but the comics shall be automatic.
Anyway, this post is for others to share their thoughts about the possibility of Concept Pages, and may discuss what other features we could include. And of course, questions are welcome.
