Synopsis for "Hard Times Part 1"

In the year 2031, actor Reuben Flagg arrives on Earth to begin his five year tour of duty as a Plexus Ranger in Chicago. During his first week, Flagg discovers a popular video show is packed with subliminal messages, which he believes may be the responsible for the violent gang attacks that occur shortly after episodes of the show end.
