The Black Beauty is the name of several different vehicles used by The Green Hornet.
The first Black Beauty.
The First Black Beauty used by the Britt Reid of Earth-818793 was built by Rusty Schmidt in 1938. Several notable features on this version include smoke screen, oil slick, tire mines, bulletproof windshield, carbon steel plating, and a radar scope in the dashboard that could track a transmitter hidden in the heel of Britt's shoe.
The second Black Beauty.
The Second Black Beauty used by the Britt Reid of Earth-818793 was a modified 1966 Imperial Crown sedan. This version of the Black Beauty was also the vehicle of choice of the Green Hornet of the Earth-UU0066. A notable feature on this version was its ability to fire a green knockout gas from under the four headlights, and the ability to suck back in this gas from a vacuum located under the hood.
The third Black Beauty.
The Third Black Beauty was the version used by Britt Reid Jr. and Mulan Kato (the second Green Hornet and Kato team) and was designed by Clutch Kato. It could be remotely driven from long distances by a small controller and featured a machine gun under the brake lights that could be controlled by the person sitting in the front passenger seat, and was also capable of firing a short range low-density tracer missile that homed in on the location of the remote.
The "Golden Age" Black Beauty.
The "Golden Age" Black Beauty driven by the Green Hornet and Kato of Earth-UU0015 was unique in the sense that it possessed no known weapons or special modifications.
The Black Beauty from Earth-UU0114.
The Black Beauty from Earth-UU0114 is unique in having a laser based targeting system for its missile launcher.
