Charles 'Lucky' Luciano was a mobster who was imprisoned in Clinton Prison in Dannemora, New York. He was arrested and charged with sixty two counts of compulsory prostitution, and thus serving a thirty to fifty year prison sentence. He also runs the National Crime Syndicate alongside Meyer Lansky.
