Clysmos is the nephew of Pravus, the justiciar of Dinander. Due to her attire, he assumed Red Sonja was a prostitute, and after being told she was a mercenary, he still continued to try to have his way with her. As a result, she stabbed his hand with her dagger and proceeded to beat up his friend before she was arrested. Due to these injuries, Clysmos had his hand amputated. Later, when Sonja was put into the arena to fight a bear, he and Tus started to shout insults at her as well as throw tomatoes at her. Rather than killing the bear, Sonja fought alongside it, and she threw a spear up into the crowd which pierced Clysmos' chest, killing him instantly.
