Heloise Walker in the Phantom suit
Heloise Walker is the daughter of Kit Walker Sr. and Diana Palmer, and she is the older sister of Kit Walker Jr.. She once used the Phantom Suit when her brother was reluctant to become the 22nd Phantom, however, she never actually became the Phantom. Her brother thought that she should take up the identity of the Phantom as she was the firstborn.
She has since lost her hand and has had it replaced with a metal prosthetic claw. When meeting her brother to give him some stuff for his travels from Canada, she tried to comfort her brother about the deaths of Kit's wife and son, and Kit hugged her much to her surprise. They were soon interrupted by a bounty hunter who called Heloise a "crippled b****", and so she kicked him over the railings, into the water and down Niagara Falls.
