Jack Thomas was the sex-crazed neighbor of Jen and Andrew Fellows and their two children. His wife had separated from him before he decided that he wanted to become a vigilante. Jack was attacked and was severely beaten, with his eye coming out of the socket before his attacker popped it. Jennifer Blood then killed the attacker, thus saving Jack's life.
Jennifer asked Jack for his 'help', and had rendered him unconscious and strapped a bomb to him. She then sent an e-mail from Jack's computer, making it look like he was the 'Jennifer Blood Killer', and then she fled, leaving Jack behind. Detectives Fulsom and Pruitt arrived to ask Jack a few questions concerning a pair of stripper pants linked to the case of Jennifer Blood (they were not aware of the e-mail as it had only recently been sent). The bomb then exploded, killing Jack and Fulsom, and hospitalising Detective Pruitt.
