Sara Bellum, more commonly known as Ms. Bellum, is the secretary to the Mayor of Townsville, and a close confidante of the Powerpuff Girls. She is easily recognized by her voluminous red hair and signature matching outfit, however it is an ongoing joke that her face is never revealed. She is portrayed as self-assurred and competent and the driving force behind the Mayor's success.
