Synopsis for "Massacre at Colony Omicron"Edit

Space colony Omicron of the Galactic Federation is under heavy fire by space pirates. The station's director Jarrod Keplar, sends a distress signal requesting assistance from Space Patrol, and is dismayed when the signal appears to go unheeded. The doctor is then shot dead by one of the pirates, Tansut, who had boarded the station with a small crew. Unbeknownst to the pirates, only a few feet away, Dr. Keplar's two children, Jace and Jan are hiding along with their pet monkey, Blip. Just as Jan resolves to fight them using the blaster her father gave her, the pirates begin to be picked off one-by-one by a mysterious assailant. With the pirates incapacitated, the children and Blip flee in fear of this news, potentially greater, danger.

The Keplars are so relieved when they stumble upon a pair of Space Patrol officers, that they hug them. The officers are taken aback by the response and reveal themselves to be brothers, Brak and Sisto. They question the siblings on what the pirates were after, and Jace relates how Blip houses a valuable artificial intelligence prototype. The officers then decide to steal Blip themselves and dispose of the children. At that moment, the pirate's mysterious assailant arrives. Sisto gives chase as Jace attempts to flee with Blip. Meanwhile, Brak decides to fight the new challanger, whom he mentions he's heard rumors about and refers to as "Space Ghost."

Jace discovers and boards Space Ghost's docked ship and uses the exhaust jets to toast Sisto. Brak nearly overwhelms Space Ghost with subsonic grenades, but Jan disables them with a blaster shot. Space Ghost then proceeds to take out Brak with a single punch. Jace and Blip rejoin Jan, and the siblings bemoan the fact that their colony decimated and the Space Patrol response team having proven corrupt, there's no one left to help them. Space Ghost corrects them, stating that he is there.
