Tim was the staff illustrator at Devil's Due Publishing, where he created the series, Hack/Slash. He has since gained popularity for his work within the horror genre of comics, with work on Hack/Slash and Revival. His series Hack/Slash has crossed over with two Dynamite properties, Army of Darkness and Eva. Tim has also provided numerous covers for Dynamite on various horror series.
He was also one of the members of Four Star Studios, alongside Sean Dove, Mike Norton, Jim Terry and Jenny Frison.
