Scarlet Witch was one of the Avengers who was at the Avengers Mansion when Ash Williams broke his way into the Mansion and started ranting about an Army of Dead. She, believing Ash to be insane, teleported Ash away into a duck pond to cool off.
After most of the Avengers were infected with the zombie contagion after zombified Giant Man and Colonel America sent out a message to all the members of the Avengers in order to feast on them, Scarlet Witch allied herself with Ash Williams and Dazzler after she barely made it out of the Avengers Mansion.
After a zombified Thor arrived, Ash, Dazzler and Wanda hid in Doctor Strange's Sanctum, only to find Doctor Druid eating the remains of Wong. Ash was able to convince the zombified Doctor Druid to show them where the library was, promising to make him better, but killing him instead. The three then went to Latveria to locate the Necronomicon. Upon arriving, numerous zombies were attacking Castle Doomstadt, but they managed to enter the castle.
While in the castle, Doctor Doom was not amused by Ash's constant wise-cracks, and had his Doombots take him away. Scarlet Witch sneaked away from Doom to free Ash, but she was caught by a Doombot, which she destroyed with her powers. Ash then had an idea and told Wanda to distract Doctor Doom before he returned with a zombified Enchantress following him. Upon realising the zombie behind Ash, Dazzler knocked Ash to the ground before pointing out the fact Enchantress was a zombie. While distracted, Dazzler was bitten, resulting in Doctor Doom killing both Enchantress and Dazzler.
Doctor Doom was then going to kill Ash and Wanda, but a group of super-powered zombies broke into his castle and attacked, with zombified Punisher biting and infecting Scarlet Witch.
She was later killed sometime after Ash had left the universe.

Reality Manipulation - Wanda's 'hexes' could manipulate probability, and on occasion, she could even manipulate reality to an extent.
Teleportation - She can teleport herself or other things, including other humans.
